As an IT Recruiter at Shakers, youâll be at the heart of our talent ecosystem. Your mission? Attract, engage, and retain top-tier tech talent, helping us grow and fidelize our freeworker community while redefining how companies build teams.

đ ïž What youâll be doing
Your day-to-day as an IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner:
đ Talent Acquisition & Community Building
Actively source, attract, and interview tech talent, with a strong focus on quality and long-term fit.
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter at an expert level to identify, engage, and convert top tech profiles.
Communicate and sell Shakersâ value proposition to candidates, inspiring them to join our community and work on exciting client projects.
Build and maintain high-touch relationships with both active and passive candidates, fostering a strong sense of belonging.
đ Strategy, Process & Impact
Own the acquisition of high-quality product & technology profiles for the Shakers community.
Manage candidate expectations while aligning them with Shakersâ vision and opportunities.
Continuously improve sourcing strategies, messaging, presentations, and outward-facing content to boost talent acquisition.
Stay on top of market trends, recruitment strategies, and new sourcing techniques, sharing insights with recruiters and leaders.
Attend and help design strategies for events where our target talent is present.
Analyze data, forecast talent needs, and optimize the recruitment funnel to ensure a fast, efficient, and human-centered hiring process.
Use funnel metrics to drive decisions, propose improvements, and ensure continuous optimization.
Lead, train, and support recruitment efforts to consistently achieve ambitious goals.
đŻ What weâre looking for
Youâre a great fit if you:
Have 2â4 years of experience recruiting tech profiles.
Bring high expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
Have a strong understanding of the IT & tech ecosystem, technologies, and roles.
Excel at presenting value propositions, validating profiles, negotiating, and closing top candidates.
Thrive in fast-changing environments and operate with a strong sense of urgency.
Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding objectives.
Have experience managing or mentoring technical recruitment teams.
Are fluent in Spanish and English (both are a must).

đ° Compensation
The salary range for this position is between 35.750⏠and 41.250⏠OTE (on-target earnings) gross annual salary.
It includes:
Between 26.000⏠& 30.000⏠fixed salary
Up to 2.250⏠quarterly bonus based on performance & potential (7.5%)
Uncapped commissions
