I'm Gon. I lead the Freeworking Acquisition team, focusing on attracting, engaging, and scaling top-tier tech talent while building a strong, sustainable talent community.

My background combines tech recruitment and account management,  with a strong understanding of how engineering and product teams work, which shapes how I approach hiring: understanding technical context first, aligning expectations early, and building trusted relationships with candidates and stakeholders. I work closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to deeply understand their needs and translate them into strong, sustainable hiring decisions.
