I’m Rebeca, Head of Supply at Shakers. I spend my days building and caring for our freelancer ecosystem so that companies can find the right talent, and freelancers can find work that actually makes sense for them.

My role sits at the intersection of people, systems, and strategy. I’m deeply curious about how freelancers think, what motivates them, and where platforms tend to fall short, and I enjoy turning those insights into better processes, smarter tools, and clearer decisions. From supply quality and coverage to long-term sustainability, I like digging into the details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

I’m naturally analytical and a bit of a geek when it comes to structure and problem-solving, but I believe the best results come when you don’t lose the human side of the work. I enjoy building things from scratch, collaborating closely with different teams, and challenging assumptions when it helps us move forward.
