I’m part of the Freelancer Acquisition team at Shakers, and my professional career has always been at the intersection of talent and client needs. I come from a sales background, which is one of my key strengths: it allows me to understand real needs, build trust, and deliver fast, high-quality results across different recruitment processes.

Currently at Shakers, I focus on finding and supporting top tech and digital talent, connecting them with projects that truly match their profiles and motivations. I’m a versatile person, strongly oriented toward fast delivery, with special attention to close, honest, and transparent communication with candidates.
