Hi, I'm Diego Diez, Business Development Manager at Shakers, where I help mid-market companies (up to 1,000 employees) find the tech talent they need to grow.

I'm Basque by birth , from Guecho, near Bilbao and Madrileño by adoption for the last 10 years, with a year in Paris and another in Buenos Aires along the way. That mix of places shaped the way I see things and pushed me toward what I really care about: people. I love listening to them, understanding what they actually need, and figuring out how to help.

I'm a pretty natural, down-to-earth person. I believe in building real connection through warmth, and I try to bring that into everything I do, because at the end of the day the human factor is what matters most. Technology is a means, not an end what really moves things forward are people and their needs.

At Shakers, that's exactly what I try to be: a facilitator of solutions through technology, connecting companies with the talent that can actually make a difference for them.
