1. Team and Role
At Shakers, we’re building the future of work by connecting companies with top freelance talent and AI-powered solutions. To accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a CRM & CRO Expert.
You will play a key role in shaping our retention and acquisition strategies. You will own lead nurturing, lifecycle marketing, and conversion rate optimization across our digital assets. Your work will ensure that both clients and freelancers seamlessly engage with our platform and maximize their success with Shakers.
You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product and Sales teams to improve user experience, personalize communications, and leverage data-driven insights to drive engagement and revenue.🤩
2. What you´ll be doing
Your day-to-day as a CRM & CRO Manager
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
- Develop and execute automated lifecycle marketing campaigns to nurture both freelancers and companies throughout their journey with Shakers.
- You will manage an advanced lead scoring system, not only based on basic transactional interactions or events, but also in a more complex layer such as personalized searches or navigation times.
- Optimize email and in-app messaging strategies to increase engagement, activation, and retention.
- Implement segmentation and personalization strategies to deliver relevant messaging based on user behavior.
- Own and optimize our CRM platform (HubSpot) to drive efficiency and scalability:
- You will be responsible for keeping the CRM tool well-maintained, by documenting, auditing and maintaining the active workflows as well as following an end-to-end approach for newly created ones (e.g. definition, documentation and maintenance)
- You will manage all Hubspot data properties, including the elimination of duplicates and outdated fields, the standardization of property namings to improve data organization, the optimization of key properties for main teams (product, marketing and sales), and the creation of custom views, filters, reports and guidelines.
- You will also lead the integration of properties between Hubspot and the Shakers platform.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align CRM efforts with feature launches and key business milestones and with the Sales team to ensure the CRM is properly used and maintained.
CRO & Web Optimization
- Own and optimize conversion rates across our website, onboarding flows, and marketing funnels.
- You will be responsible for analyzing traffic, unique visitors and conversion rates per form, landing page and funnel stages on the web.
- You will leverage Hubspot’s enterprise-level functionalities to implement advanced tracking, automation and personalization strategies.
- Shakers is built on the Hubspot web module, and both the web analytics for marketing channels and for the sales pipeline sit there, so you will take the lead in identifying necessary technical implementations to improve conversion rates
- Develop data-driven hypotheses for improving sign-ups, activations, and user retention.
- Conduct A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and user behavior analysis to optimize key touchpoints.
- Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to enhance landing pages, signup flows, and lead generation forms.
- Monitor and improve customer journey analytics, reducing drop-offs and improving engagement.
Data & Performance Monitoring
- Track, analyze, and report on key CRM & CRO metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Implement best practices for tracking, attribution, and reporting across CRM and web analytics platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest email marketing, conversion optimization, and growth tactics to keep Shakers ahead of the curve.
3. What we´re looking for
You´re a great fit if you...
Have:Â
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth, or Conversion Optimization.
- A strong understanding and usage of HubSpot with enterprise functionality level (a must).
- Deep understanding of the Hubspot CMS module (sales hub) and the web hub.
- Ample experience in working in the integration of the CRM (Hubspot platform) with APIs (as Shakers web has built on Hubspot).
- Knowledge in working with integration tools such as Zapier or Integromat.
- Experience with A/B testing, personalization, and behavioral targeting.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
- A data-driven mindset with experience in SQL, Looker, or similar tools (a plus).
- Experience working with technical teams of developers to align and implement web optimizations

4. What's in it for you?
Compensation đź’°
The salary range for this position is between 36.000€ and 57.500€ OTE (on target earnings) gross annual salary.
The salary consists of:
- Between 36.000€ & 50.000€ fixed salary
- Up to 15% (7.500€) quarterly bonus based on performance & potential.
