This role offers the opportunity to have a “360” experience of a Finance department within a fast-growing Startup. We, in Finance, are a small team with strong commitment and connections with the rest of the teams, so you will have the chance to learn and grow very fast, there are a lot of things to do! 2. What you´ll be doing

In your day-to-day as a Financial analyst you will work hand-to-hand and report to the Head of Finance to contribute to the main areas of the Finance team, mainly being:

• Monthly closing procedure, you will work hand to hand with our accounting and tax advisory as well as with the billing team to close the books. This will include:
  
• Tax, you will be the main owner and contributor of our taxes compliance, this includes VAT (SII) and Retention, working closely with our tax advisory.
  
• Contributor for the Annual Statutory Audit as well as Grants obtention or Due Diligence.
  
• Contribute to any finance project that will arise because of Shakers International expansion starting 2025.
  
• Accounts receivable and payable management with our customers and suppliers.
  
• Resolve billing discrepancies as well as support with external customers platforms.
  
• Make sure that all the invoices are collected on time.
  
• Review the bookings made by the accounting advisory and make sure everything is accurate.
  
• Work with the billing team to make sure that all the transactional bookings are done correctly and on time.
  
• Do the analytical chart of accounts mapping as well as comparing Actuals vs Forecast.

3. What we´re looking for

You´re a great fit if you...

• Have 1-2 years of work experience in Audit firms, especially in Big 4, and/or 1-2 years of experience in a marketplace or SaaS startup.
• Have a degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Are knowledgeable and interested in the startup ecosystem.
• Have great communication skills to build relationships with the rest of the teams of the company and third parties.
• Are familiar with KPIs, dashboards, and analytics. Have a data-driven profile.
• Are proactive & take ownership of your projects and responsibilities.
• Have a high level of English both spoken and written.

4. What's in it for you?

Compensation 💰

The salary range for this position is between 26.000€ and 32.000€

The salary consists of:

• Between 26.000€ & 28.000€ fixed salary
• Up to 4.000€ yearly divided into quarterly bonus based on performance & potential (15%)
