BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN @ MID-MARKET SALES TEAM

This role offers the opportunity to build relationships with TOP clients (between 250-1k employees) to help them scale their business by reducing costs and boosting productivity, by providing them with the best Tech Freelancers nationwide.

2. What you'll be doing

Your day-to-day as a Business Development Intern

Prospect, benchmark, define a strategic plan, and best of all... put it into action! We want you to demonstrate your ability to qualify leads and generate commercial opportunities.
Understand the challenges and pain points of large companies, presenting the value proposition in a way that generates curiosity and interest.
Schedule qualified meetings with one of the Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoffs and alignment on objectives.
Provide weekly reports on your activities and key objectives achieved, focusing on performance, metrics, and analytics.
Draw insights and conclusions from each week, using data to refine strategies and inform decision-making.

3. What we're looking for

You´re a great fit if you...

Have 0-1 years of work experience in technology consulting, Head Hunting, or in sales in the tech sector of high AOV products.
Really enjoy selling and aspire to build a career in it. You're ambitious and eager to grow at full speed in the world of sales.
Are familiar with technical sector jargon and how it applies to business discussions.
Have a degree in engineering or management, with a technical background as a plus.
Are knowledgeable and interested in the startup ecosystem.
Have great communication skills to build relationships with technical profiles and C-level executives.
Have a strong conviction and are results-oriented.
Are familiar with KPIs, dashboards, and analytics. Have a data-driven profile.
Are proactive & take ownership of your projects and responsibilities.
Have strong persuasion skills. You make things happen!
Are creative and adaptable. Every client presents a new challenge and requires a fresh approach.

The fixed salary for this position is 600 € monthly.
